Performance Based Mail is a new concept in the direct mail industry! This innovative way of sending direct mail makes sure that you, the dealer, only pay for the cars you sell!

You only pay postage up front and a minimal database download fee. We do a sale with our best running mailer. It is a straightforward, no gimmick mailer with no misleading hooks.

After the sale, you pay only $250 for every car sold from the mailer. You ONLY pay for cars sold that are on the mailing list. The mailing list will be provided to the dealership before the sale.

Therefore, if  you sell 35 cars over the sale’s weekend, but only 10 of those sold match to the mailing list, then you only pay for 10 cars. It is a no lose situation for you. If you sell 0 cars you pay nothing!

This is a no brainer for any dealer – the only out of pocket expense is postage. Why would any dealer want to pay up front for mail when they can use our resources and only pay for cars they sell from the mailer.

  • Dealership must fill out dealer download request form provided by PBM.
  • Dealership to pay for postage up front along with download fee.
  • We will provide mailing list to dealership before mailer drops
  • We will provide postal receipts to client as soon as they are furnished by post office.
  • We begin counting records for sales, the day after the mail drops until 4 days after sale dates on mailer expire.
  • We will be credited $250 for every car on mailing list that is sold during designated dates; payment is due within 7 days of invoice received by client.
